Under that agreement Oracle assumed Dyn’s outstanding stock options and restricted stock, and the S-8 registered 294,133 Oracle shares for them. None of the filings reviewed says which Oracle entity now holds the shares of Dynamic Network Services, Inc. or in what percentage. Any holding by Oracle Corporation may therefore be direct or indirect, and no figure is given here.

Shareholders: Not public. The provider’s shareholder field holds a generic note, not shareholder data. Neither New Jersey’s free search nor Connecticut’s business register has a shareholder, holding or percentage field, and the company’s own SEC filings stopped with the Form D of 12 May 2016. For a US company there is also no beneficial-ownership filing to consult. Under FinCEN’s final rule of 11 August 2026, effective 14 August 2026 (fincen.gov/boi), entities created in the United States are exempt from beneficial-ownership reporting. Directors and officers of DYNAMIC NETWORK SERVICES INC

(account 1199291) is registered as a foreign corporation and has filed an annual report every year, most recently on 12 March 2026. The register’s Principals dataset, as published on 7 October 2026, lists three principals, all at 500 Oracle Parkway, Redwood Shores, California: Brian S Higgins (designation: Officer; Director), Gregory Hilbrich (Officer) and Douglas Kehring (Officer). The register gives no specific office (such as president or secretary), no appointment dates and no nationality for any of them. “Active” here means only that the register lists them on the latest annual report.

Before the January 2017 acquisition, the company’s own SEC Form D notices named its directors and executive officers. The notice filed on 12 May 2016 lists Kevin Bisson and David Allen as executive officers, and Michael Boustridge, Jeremy Hitchcock, John Lynch, James Baum, Gary Haroian, Justin Perreault, Russell Pyle and Mark Fusco as directors. David Allen signed the 2014 and 2016 notices as Secretary. These are historical records: none of these people appears among the principals the Connecticut register lists today. The 2016 notice has “Mark Fusco” where the 2014 notice has “Marc Fusco”, and the 2012 notice has “Russel Pyle” where the later notices have “Russell Pyle”. Recent officer changes

• Between the Form D of 26 September 2014 and that of 12 May 2016, Jeremy Hitchcock went from executive officer and director to director only, and Kevin Bisson first appears as an executive officer. The filings give no effective dates.
• Between 12 May 2016 and the Connecticut annual reports filed after the acquisition, the officers named on the public record changed completely. The register names the current principals but does not date their appointments.

That is not correct: Connecticut publishes named principals for this exact corporation, and we checked that this query works by running it against another Connecticut-registered foreign corporation, which returned its own principals, and against a nonsense key, which returned nothing. New Jersey’s free search shows the entity type and registration date but no officers, and a status report there costs a fee. New Hampshire’s business search (QuickStart) returned a “Website Unavailable” page from both of our connections, so nothing from it is stated. No source gives a nationality or country of residence for any person named here: Not disclosed. Dates of birth are not published.

Group structure of DYNAMIC NETWORK SERVICES INC

Dynamic Network Services, Inc. (Dyn), a Delaware corporation, became part of Oracle Corporation’s group through a merger completed on 31 January 2017. The merger agreement is dated 20 November 2016, and Oracle had announced the deal on 21 November 2016. Oracle’s Form S-8 of 31 January 2017 names the parties: Oracle Corporation, its two subsidiaries OC Acquisition LLC and Dakota Acquisition Corporation, Dynamic Network Services, Inc. and a holder representative. The corporation survived under its own name. Connecticut’s register still lists it as active, with annual reports filed every year to 12 March 2026 from Oracle’s Redwood Shores address, 500 Oracle Parkway.

The filings do not say whether Dyn is held directly by Oracle Corporation or through an intermediate company, and they give no ownership percentage. So Oracle Corporation is shown below as the acquirer, with the ownership percentage not disclosed. No subsidiaries of Dynamic Network Services, Inc. could be verified.

Data availability

Group structure: Partial. The acquirer and the dates are documented. The holding chain and percentage are not. We read Oracle’s Exhibit 21 subsidiary lists for every fiscal year from 2016 to 2026 (11 filings). Each lists only about 8 to 20 subsidiaries, and none names Dynamic Network Services, Inc. SEC rules let a company leave smaller subsidiaries off this list, so Dyn’s absence says nothing about whether it is still part of the group. OC Acquisition LLC, a party to the merger agreement, appears as a Delaware subsidiary in the fiscal 2025 and 2026 lists. Nothing reviewed shows it holds Dyn’s shares, so it is not shown as Dyn’s parent. Oracle’s fiscal 2017 annual report does not mention Dyn. Dynamic Network Services, Inc. has no LEI (a GLEIF name search returned no match, while the same search found Oracle entities). So there is no GLEIF parent record. The provider’s group field is a generic note saying no linkage is available “because the company is small” or a single entity. That reason does not fit an acquired subsidiary of a listed company. Companies House holds an unrelated company with a similar name, DYNAMIC NETWORK SERVICES LIMITED (04216872, Portsmouth, incorporated 2001), which is not part of this record.
