That is the Italian designation for a limited liability company whose entire quota capital (EUR 100,000, per the website footer) is held by a single member. The page does not name that member.

The likely sole quota holder is MARCHESINI GROUP S.P.A. of Pianoro, Bologna (codice fiscale 03943970370, VAT number 00680201209). On 31 January 2018 Marchesini Group announced that it had formalised the acquisition of 48% of SEA Vision. On 6 October 2022 it announced the acquisition of 100% of “SEA Vision Group” and described the deal as the completion of the operation begun in 2018. Neither release prints SEA VISION S.R.L.’s registration number. The entity-level link comes from GLEIF, where SEA VISION S.R.L.’s own LEI record names Marchesini Group S.p.A. as its direct accounting-consolidation parent from 20 April 2023. GLEIF marks that relationship as entity-supplied and not independently corroborated.

These sources are consistent with Marchesini Group S.p.A. holding 100% of the quota capital. The register’s own record of the quota holder, the visura, was not reviewed, because it is a paid extract. Ownership is therefore stated as announced by the acquirer, not as read from the register.

Ultimate beneficial ownership

No ultimate beneficial owner of SEA VISION S.R.L. has been verified from a public primary source. SEA VISION S.R.L. (codice fiscale 01638840189, Pavia) is part of the Marchesini packaging-machinery group. Its immediate parent is MARCHESINI GROUP S.P.A. (codice fiscale 03943970370, Pianoro). GLEIF records that company as SEA VISION S.R.L.’s direct accounting-consolidation parent from 20 April 2023. Marchesini Group announced the acquisition of 100% of SEA Vision on 6 October 2022, completing a stake first taken at 48% on 31 January 2018. • R.C. ELECTRONICA, S.L., Cerdanyola del Vallès, Spain. NIF B58826736 is valid in VIES, which returned no name. Acquired in 2006 and presented as SEA Vision Spain.
• LIXIS S.A.U., Buenos Aires, Argentina. Presented as SEA Vision LATAM; the company states that it acquired all of Lixis’s shares in 2019. The stored CUIT 33708086229 was not checked against the Argentine register.
• SEA Vision Germany GmbH, Neu-Isenburg, Germany. The website publishes VAT ID DE457025239, which is valid in VIES. The provider key “DE 63065B58600” appears to fuse a postcode with an HRB number and was not verified as a register number.
