The filings do not explain how that entry relates to the society’s holding, and this page does not try to reconcile them. Kibble Education and Care Centre’s own PSC register carries a statement, notified 25 May 2017, that it has no registrable person or registrable relevant legal entity. The 1877 Society Limited is a member-owned society.
