The two holdings reconcile exactly with the registered share capital of EUR 52,000 shown in the current register printout retrieved on 28 September 2026. The list carries the remarks "Korrektur des Sitzes" and "Korrektur der VR-Nummer", so it was filed to correct the seat and the association register number rather than to record a change of ownership.
