The most recent official statement is in the audited accounts of its UK subsidiary Mimeo Limited (04122898) for the year ended 31 March 2025, filed at Companies House on 4 December 2025. They name Mimeo.com Inc as the intermediate parent company and Mimeo Holdings Inc, a company incorporated in the United States, as the ultimate controlling company. The accounts do not say what percentage of MIMEO.COM, INC. Mimeo Holdings holds, or whether it holds it directly. The company’s website states that Mimeo Holdings, Inc. was created in 2018, when Mimeo closed a leveraged recapitalisation.

Earlier equity funding is on record but not current holdings. The company’s SEC Form D of 22 June 2011 reports an equity offering of $10,720,225, fully sold to 22 accredited investors (first sale 7 June 2011), without naming them. The website names Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Gotham Ventures, HarbourVest, HP and Goldman Sachs among its early investors. Neither source shows that any of them holds shares today, and no holding percentages are published.

The company’s LEI record reports its direct and ultimate accounting-consolidation parent under the exception code NO_LEI, meaning the parent has no LEI of its own; the record does not name it.

Directors and officers of MIMEO.COM, INC.

Delaware, the state of incorporation, does not publish a corporation’s directors or officers in its free entity search. The only current official officer disclosure found is the New York biennial statement, which records the chief executive officer’s name and business address and nothing else. The statement filed on 6 July 2026 names John Delbridge as chief executive officer, at 16 West 22nd Street, New York. He is also named as CEO in the Tennessee announcement of 19 November 2018 and in the company’s February 2023 acquisition announcement.

The latest official statement of its position is in the audited accounts of its UK subsidiary Mimeo Limited for the year ended 31 March 2025, which describe Mimeo.com Inc as the intermediate parent company and Mimeo Holdings Inc, incorporated in the United States, as the ultimate controlling company. The company’s website dates the creation of Mimeo Holdings, Inc. to a 2018 leveraged recapitalisation. Mimeo Holdings’ state of incorporation, registration number and percentage holding were not verified.
