RTX CORPORATION
RTX Corporation is a business corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, and one of the largest aerospace and defence manufacturers in the world by reported sales. Its Form 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2025, filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 6 February 2026, gives the state of incorporation as Delaware, the IRS Employer Identification Number as 06-0570975 and the principal executive offices as 1000 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia 22209. The same report states that RTX Corporation was incorporated in Delaware in 1934. The company’s Common Stock ($1 par value) trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol RTX and its 2.150% Notes due 2030 trade there under RTX 30; the SEC commission file number is 001-00812 and the CIK is 0000101829.
Several identifiers shown on this page need correcting. “Public Limited Company” is a United Kingdom and Commonwealth legal form that does not exist under Delaware law: RTX Corporation is a Delaware stock corporation governed by the Delaware General Corporation Law, as recorded in the certificate of amendment to its Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation filed with the Delaware Secretary of State and effective 17 July 2023. The registration number 0438438, the date 5 September 1962 and the register named as the California Secretary of State bizfile Online service do not identify this company’s incorporation. The Global LEI record for RTX Corporation, LEI I07WOS4YJ0N7YRFE7309, gives the jurisdiction as US-DE, the registration authority as the Delaware Division of Corporations and the registration number there as 334827; a GLEIF search filtered on registeredAs=0438438 returns no record at all. California’s bizfile Online search API returned HTTP 429 with the message “This request was blocked by our security service” and data.ca.gov returned HTTP 403 to automated requests on 30 September 2026, so the California filing behind 0438438 could not be read and nothing is asserted here about what it contains. The city shown on this page, Bedford, appears in no RTX filing reviewed; the FY2025 Form 10-K and the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 both give Arlington, Virginia.
On current standing, the status “Inactive” is not supported by the filing record. RTX Corporation filed its FY2025 annual report on 6 February 2026 and its quarterly report for the period ended 30 June 2026 on 23 July 2026, reporting total net sales of USD 46,784 million for the six months then ended; it held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareowners on 30 April 2026; and GLEIF records its LEI registration as ISSUED and the entity status as ACTIVE, last updated 8 April 2026 with renewal due 3 May 2027. Its securities remained listed on the New York Stock Exchange at that date. No dissolution, cancellation or suspension appears in any source reviewed.
RTX Corporation reports through three business segments, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon, which are reporting segments rather than separate legal entities. On a consolidated basis for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 the group reported total net sales of USD 88,603 million, against USD 80,738 million in 2024, and operating profit of USD 9,300 million, with segment net sales of USD 30,196 million at Collins Aerospace, USD 32,916 million at Pratt & Whitney and USD 28,043 million at Raytheon. Sales to the US government were USD 33,279 million, or 38% of total net sales, excluding foreign military sales made through the US government; international sales were 47% of the total. Backlog, equivalent to remaining performance obligations, was USD 268 billion at 31 December 2025 against USD 218 billion a year earlier, and the global employee population was approximately 180,000. Products and services span aircraft engines and aftermarket support, avionics, cabin interiors, landing and power systems, connected aviation services, and integrated air and missile defence, sensors, radars and missile systems. These are consolidated figures for RTX Corporation and its subsidiaries and are not figures for the parent company alone.
The registrant has filed under three names: United Technologies Corporation until 3 April 2020, Raytheon Technologies Corporation from 3 April 2020 to 17 July 2023, and RTX Corporation from 17 July 2023, when the change took effect under a certificate of amendment filed with the Delaware Secretary of State. The shares began trading under the RTX Corporation name on 27 July 2023, with the ticker symbol and CUSIP unchanged.

Shareholders of RTX Corporation
RTX Corporation is a widely held company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, so there is no public shareholder register and disclosure is limited to holders above the 5% reporting threshold and to insiders. At 31 December 2025 there were 1,342,287,676 shares of Common Stock outstanding, and at the 3 March 2026 record date for the 2026 annual meeting there were 1,345,974,220.
The “Certain Beneficial Owners” table in the definitive proxy statement filed on 9 March 2026 lists every holder known to RTX to beneficially own more than 5% of the outstanding shares as of 31 December 2025: Vanguard Group, Inc. with 124,986,171 shares, or 9.3%; BlackRock, Inc. with 104,920,146 shares, or 7.8%; State Street Corporation with 91,884,588 shares, or 6.8%; and Capital Research Global Investors with 76,140,352 shares, or 5.7%. Each figure is taken by the company from that holder’s Form 13F for 31 December 2025, filed by Vanguard on 29 January 2026, Capital Research on 11 February 2026, BlackRock on 12 February 2026 and State Street on 13 February 2026. The proxy also records the most recent Schedule 13G/A each filed for RTX: Vanguard 13 February 2024, BlackRock 26 January 2024, State Street 30 January 2024 and Capital Research 9 February 2024. These holdings represent reported voting and investment discretion over client assets; the proxy notes that a subsidiary of State Street is trustee for the RTX Savings Plan and that BlackRock acted as an investment manager for certain company plans during 2025. The same proxy states that as of 17 February 2026 none of the directors or named executive officers, and not the directors and executive officers as a group, beneficially owned more than 1% of RTX Common Stock.
The percentages stored against the three shareholder rows on this page should not be read as ownership. The row for Vanguard Group Inc carries exactly the share count in the proxy, 124,986,171, but a percentage of 14.47%, which implies a denominator of roughly 863 million shares, about 64% of the 1,342,287,676 shares actually outstanding at the same date. BlackRock, Inc. and State Street Corporation, the second and third largest disclosed holders, do not appear in the stored rows at all, and the two remaining stored rows, Fidelity Concord Street Trust-Fidelity 500 Index Fund and Capital Income Builder, are individual funds holding below the 5% threshold that do not appear in the proxy table.
Ultimate beneficial ownership
No ultimate beneficial owner of RTX Corporation could be identified from any source reviewed. No natural person is named as a beneficial owner in the 2026 proxy statement, in the FY2025 Form 10-K, or in any Schedule 13D or 13G on the company’s EDGAR file. The largest disclosed holder stood at 9.3% at 31 December 2025, and each of the four holders above 5% is an institutional investment manager reporting discretion over shares held for third parties rather than a person holding in its own right. This is an absence of any reportable UBO in the reviewed record, not evidence that ownership is concealed.
Data availability
Major shareholders only. Delaware publishes no shareholder or beneficial ownership register, and the complete shareholder base of an NYSE-listed company is not public; what is available is the annual 5% table in the proxy statement, Schedules 13D and 13G, and quarterly Form 13F holdings filed by institutional managers. The holdings above are as of 31 December 2025 and were published on 9 March 2026; retrieved 30 September 2026.

Officers

Directors and officers of RTX Corporation
The stored officer records on this page are not a register extract and should not be relied on. Five of a reported 21 rows are held; none carries an appointment or resignation date, and all five are flagged ACTIVE. Only one of the five matches the executive-officer list in the FY2025 Form 10-K filed on 6 February 2026: Philip J. Jasper, President, Raytheon since January 2024. The row naming a “Chief Executive Officer” does not correspond to any RTX filing, since the FY2025 Form 10-K names Christopher T. Calio as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President; that row is also the only one carrying a street address, in Bedford, Virginia, and it is the origin of the city recorded on this page. The row for Gregory J. Hayes, flagged active as “Advisor”, reflects an older filing: he was listed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in the FY2023 Form 10-K filed 5 February 2024 and as Executive Chairman since May 2024 in the FY2024 Form 10-K filed 3 February 2025, and he does not appear in the FY2025 executive-officer list. The two remaining rows name a Chief Technology Officer and a Chief Investment Officer and Vice President of Pension Investments, roles that appear in none of the FY2023, FY2024 or FY2025 executive-officer lists. The stored set is therefore a mixed, undated snapshot whose entries correspond to different points between roughly 2024 and 2026, together with at least one record that does not belong to this company.
The FY2025 Form 10-K lists nine executive officers of RTX Corporation, with the effective date of each role: Christopher T. Calio, Chairman since April 2025, Chief Executive Officer since May 2024 and President since March 2023; Neil G. Mitchill, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 2021; Ramsaran Maharajh, Jr., Executive Vice President and General Counsel since December 2021; Dantaya M. Williams, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since June 2020; Kevin G. DaSilva, Senior Vice President and Treasurer since April 2020; Amy L. Johnson, Senior Vice President and Controller since September 2021; Troy Brunk, President, Collins Aerospace since July 2024; Shane G. Eddy, President, Pratt & Whitney since March 2022; and Philip J. Jasper, President, Raytheon since January 2024. The corporate secretary is Edward G. Perrault, Senior Vice President and Secretary, who signed the Forms 8-K dated 4 May 2026 and 15 September 2026. All officers serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors.
Ten directors were elected at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareowners held on 30 April 2026, for a term expiring at the 2027 annual meeting: Tracy A. Atkinson, Christopher T. Calio, Leanne G. Caret, Bernard A. Harris, Jr., Ellen M. Pawlikowski, George R. Oliver, Denise L. Ramos, Fredric G. Reynolds, Brian C. Rogers and Robert O. Work. Nationality is not disclosed for any of these individuals in the sources reviewed and is recorded here as Not disclosed. Country of residence is likewise not disclosed.

15 September 2026: RTX Corporation announced that Shane Eddy will step down as president of Pratt & Whitney effective 1 January 2027 and retire from the company at the end of the first quarter of 2027, and that Jill Albertelli, currently president of Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engines business, will succeed him as president of Pratt & Whitney effective 1 January 2027. This is an announced future effective date, not a change that has taken effect. Source: Form 8-K, Item 5.02, filed 15 September 2026.
Data availability
Partial. Delaware does not publish director or officer information for its corporations, so the officer record for RTX Corporation comes from SEC filings rather than from a company register: the executive-officer table in the annual report on Form 10-K, the director slate and voting results in Forms 8-K under Item 5.07, and individual appointment and departure notices under Item 5.02. Nationality, country of residence and date of birth are not disclosed in those filings and are not published here. Roles are given in their US corporate form and have not been converted to “Director”. The information above is current to the Form 8-K filed 15 September 2026, retrieved 30 September 2026.

Group Structure
Group structure of RTX Corporation
The data provider supplied no corporate-linkage records for this company at all: the group field holds a stub with zero rows. That is an absence of supplied data and nothing should be read into it. RTX Corporation is in fact the top entity of a large multinational group, and the statement that would otherwise fill this space, that a company with no linkage rows is small, operates as a single entity or has no branches or international presence, does not apply here.
No parent of RTX Corporation is disclosed in any source reviewed. The FY2025 Form 10-K defines “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company” and “RTX” as RTX Corporation and its subsidiaries, and RTX Corporation appears in its own Exhibit 21 as a Delaware entity, consistent with it being the ultimate parent. Exhibit 21 to that report, the Subsidiary and Affiliate Listing dated 31 December 2025, names 34 entities, including RTX Corporation itself. The exhibit states expressly that other subsidiaries have been omitted because, considered in the aggregate as a single subsidiary, they would not constitute a significant subsidiary under Rule 1-02 of Regulation S-K, so it is a list of significant entities rather than a complete group tree. It gives place of incorporation only: no registration numbers, no ownership percentages and no indication of whether a holding is direct or indirect. Ownership percentage not disclosed for every entity listed.
Entities named in Exhibit 21 and their place of incorporation include Raytheon Company (Delaware), Rockwell Collins, Inc. (Delaware), Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (Delaware), Goodrich Corporation (New York), Rohr, Inc. (Delaware), Rosemount Aerospace Inc. (Delaware), ARINC Incorporated (Delaware), B/E Aerospace, Inc. (Delaware), Kidde Technologies Inc. (Delaware), International Aero Engines, LLC (Delaware), Pratt & Whitney Engine Services, Inc. (Delaware), PW1100G-JM Engine Leasing, LLC (Delaware), Pratt & Whitney Canada Distribution USA, LLC (Delaware), Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions, Inc. (Michigan), Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. (Nova Scotia), Goodrich Aerospace Canada Ltd (Ontario), Pratt & Whitney Canada Leasing, Limited Partnership (Quebec), Pratt & Whitney PurePower Engine Canada Distribution Corp. (Nova Scotia), Raytheon Systems Limited (England), Goodrich Control Systems (United Kingdom), B/E Aerospace (UK) Limited (United Kingdom), HS Marston Aerospace Ltd. (United Kingdom), B/E Aerospace B.V. (Netherlands), IAE International Aero Engines AG (Switzerland), Pratt & Whitney Aero Engines International GmbH (Switzerland), Pratt & Whitney Materials International Sarl (Switzerland), Ratier-Figeac SAS (France), Rockwell Collins France S.A.S (France), Hamilton Sundstrand Poland Sp. z o.o. (Poland), Pratt & Whitney Canada (SEA) Pte Ltd (Singapore), Pratt & Whitney THY Teknik Ucak Motoru Bakim Merkezi Limited Sirketi (Turkey), Raytheon Australia Pty Ltd. (Australia) and Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Company Limited (China). The exhibit notes that Kidde Technologies Inc. also does business as Kidde Aerospace & Defense, Fenwal Safety Systems and Kidde Dual Spectrum.
A point of frequent confusion: the three reporting segments of RTX Corporation, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon, are financial reporting segments and not legal entities. Raytheon Company, a Delaware corporation listed in Exhibit 21, is a distinct legal entity and is not the same thing as the Raytheon segment. Contracts, licences, revenue and workforce figures reported for a segment or for the consolidated group must not be attributed to any individual subsidiary, and figures or contracts of a named subsidiary must not be attributed to RTX Corporation itself.
Recent structural changes
3 April 2020: the company, then named United Technologies Corporation, completed the distribution of Carrier Global Corporation and Otis Worldwide Corporation to its shareowners as independent public companies, and immediately afterwards Light Merger Sub Corp, a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary, merged with and into Raytheon Company, a Delaware corporation, with Raytheon Company surviving as a wholly owned subsidiary. At the effective time the company changed its name to Raytheon Technologies Corporation. Raytheon Company still appears in the Exhibit 21 listing dated 31 December 2025. Data availability
Subsidiaries only, and partial. No corporate-linkage data was supplied by the provider for this record. Delaware and the other jurisdictions represented do not publish consolidated group trees, so the structure above rests on Exhibit 21 to the annual report, which by its own terms lists only significant subsidiaries and affiliates and gives no registration numbers, ownership percentages or direct-versus-indirect classification. Products and services span aircraft engines and aftermarket support, avionics, cabin interiors, landing and power systems, connected aviation services, and integrated air and missile defence, sensors, radars and missile systems. The registration number 0438438 and the date 5 September 1962 shown on this page are not the Delaware incorporation number or date; GLEIF records the Delaware registration number as 334827.
Who owns RTX CORPORATION?
RTX Corporation is widely held and NYSE-listed, so only holders above the 5 per cent threshold are disclosed. The definitive proxy statement filed on 9 March 2026 lists, as of 31 December 2025, Vanguard Group, Inc. with 124,986,171 shares or 9.3 per cent, BlackRock, Inc. with 104,920,146 shares or 7.8 per cent, State Street Corporation with 91,884,588 shares or 6.8 per cent, and Capital Research Global Investors with 76,140,352 shares or 5.7 per cent. There were 1,342,287,676 shares outstanding at 31 December 2025. The percentages stored against the three shareholder rows on this page are not ownership percentages: the Vanguard row carries the correct share count but a percentage implying a denominator about 64 per cent of the shares actually outstanding, and BlackRock and State Street are missing from the stored rows entirely.
Who is RTX CORPORATION's UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner)?
No ultimate beneficial owner of RTX Corporation could be identified from any source reviewed. No natural person is named as a beneficial owner in the 2026 proxy statement, the FY2025 Form 10-K, or any Schedule 13D or 13G on the company EDGAR file. As of 17 February 2026 no director or named executive officer, and not the directors and executive officers as a group, beneficially owned more than 1 per cent. Delaware publishes no beneficial ownership register, so this is an absence of a reportable UBO in the public record rather than evidence that ownership is concealed.
