Allianz Risk Transfer AG is a Swiss Aktiengesellschaft (company limited by shares) entered in the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich under UID CHE-386.030.545 (CHID CH-020-3057418-2), with its registered seat at Richtiplatz 1, 8304 Wallisellen and a further registered address at a post office box in 8010 Zurich. The register records the entry as EXISTIEREND (existing), and the most recent publication on it is dated 28 September 2026. The registered company purpose is the conduct of direct non-life insurance and of reinsurance in all classes of reinsurance, including intra-group reinsurance business. The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) lists Allianz Risk Transfer AG in its published register of supervised insurance undertakings in the category Schadenversicherer (non-life insurer), without the foreign-domicile marker that FINMA applies to Swiss branches of overseas insurers. An open register entry is not in itself evidence that the company is writing new business in any given line.

This record is keyed to the wrong country. The profile stores a country code of United Arab Emirates, a city of Dubai and a source register described as a UAE national economic register. No UAE register constituted this company, and no Emirati entity of this name was found. The only verified UAE connection is a former branch, which is an establishment of the same legal person rather than a separate company: the DIFC Courts record a Court of First Instance claim, Allianz Risk Transfer AG Dubai Branch v Al Ain Ahlia Insurance Company PJSC, CFI 012/2012, decided 30 April 2013. The company’s own audited 2024 annual report lists its branches as Zurich/Wallisellen and Hamilton, Bermuda, with no Dubai establishment, and its current Allianz Commercial office listing names the same two locations only. The DFSA public register, which would carry the Dubai branch’s licence history, could not be reached in this session: every dfsa.ae address returned HTTP 403, including the site root, while an unrelated regulator’s site returned HTTP 200 in the same session. The branch’s licence reference and the date its authorisation ended are therefore recorded here as unestablished, not as absent.

Business activities. Allianz Risk Transfer AG writes national and international corporate and industrial client business together with bespoke client solutions across the non-life classes, and also acts as a reinsurer of risks arising inside its own group. Its 2024 annual report names general liability, financial lines, property and engineering insurance, and the specialty classes of transport and marine, aviation and energy, alongside claims handling, cross-border cover under international insurance programmes, captive and fronting services, risk consulting and structured risk-transfer solutions. The company was founded in 1997 in Switzerland as the Allianz group’s globally operating risk carrier for alternative risk transfer in specialty and reinsurance business, and since 2023 it has been presented under the Allianz Commercial brand. It is not a listed company and no securities of its own are admitted to trading; the transferability of its registered shares is restricted by its articles.

Reported scale. The following are company-level figures from Allianz Risk Transfer AG’s own statutory accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, stated in euro and audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich. Gross written premiums were EUR 1,036.5 million, against EUR 1,285.9 million in 2023, and net earned premiums EUR 244.6 million against EUR 289.9 million. The net technical result was a profit of EUR 45.2 million, against a net technical loss of EUR 2.3 million in 2023, and the profit for the year was EUR 70.8 million against EUR 64.2 million. Gross premiums in the alternative risk transfer business rose to EUR 651.5 million from EUR 581.4 million, while net premiums in the Swiss corporate book eased to EUR 48.7 million from EUR 52.1 million. The part-time-adjusted headcount was 89.0, up from 76.2. Those accounts were drawn up while the company was domiciled in Liechtenstein, under Liechtenstein company law and insurance supervision law, so they are not prepared on the Swiss basis that will apply from 2026.

Recent developments. In late summer 2023 the company decided to withdraw from the Capital Solutions segment and to write no new business in it, honouring existing contracts in an orderly run-off; that business was booked in the Bermuda branch and its premiums fell sharply as a result, which is the main reason gross written premiums declined in 2024. On 1 July 2026 the company transferred its registered seat from Schaan, Liechtenstein to Wallisellen, Switzerland and was entered on the Zurich commercial register that day. The stored incorporation date of 1 January 1985 is not supported by anything examined: the company’s own 2024 report puts its founding in 1997, the Swiss commercial register publishes no incorporation date for any company, and the entity creation date on the company’s GLEIF record, 28 February 2013, is identical to the timestamp of its LEI registration and so records when the identifier was issued rather than when the company was formed.

Shareholders

Shareholders of Allianz Risk Transfer AG

A Swiss Aktiengesellschaft keeps its share register (Aktienbuch) privately under Article 686 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, and the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich publishes no shareholder of Allianz Risk Transfer AG. The holdings below are therefore taken from the company’s own audited statutory annual report for the year ended 31 December 2024, which states them in the notes, and not from any register. Two direct shareholders are disclosed and together they account for the whole of the share capital. All percentages are of share capital, not of voting rights.

Direct shareholder Seat Interest % of share capital Information date
AGCS International Holding B.V. Amsterdam, Netherlands Direct 70 % 31 December 2024
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE Munich, Germany (Munich commercial register HRB 208312) Direct 30 % 31 December 2024
Total disclosed 100 % 31 December 2024

The same notes state that AGCS International Holding B.V. is itself held 100 per cent by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, and that Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz SE, Munich. Neither direct shareholder is presented here as a beneficial owner: both are companies.

Share capital. The Swiss register entry of 1 July 2026 records share capital of EUR 388,058,540 divided into 388,058,540 registered shares of EUR 1.00, of which EUR 256,529,270 is paid in, and records that the transferability of the registered shares is restricted by the articles (Vinkulierung). The 2024 accounts state a share capital divided into 463,058,540 registered shares of EUR 1.00, 71.6 per cent paid up. The share capital shown on the Swiss entry is accordingly EUR 75,000,000 lower than the figure in the 2024 accounts. The filing that brought about that difference was not examined, and the 70 and 30 per cent figures above have not been restated for it.

Ultimate beneficial ownership

No natural person is identified as a beneficial owner of Allianz Risk Transfer AG in any source examined. Working through the chain disclosed in the 2024 accounts, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE holds a calculated effective 100 per cent of the share capital, being 30 per cent directly plus 70 per cent through its wholly owned Amsterdam holding company, and Allianz SE holds a calculated effective 100 per cent above that. Those are calculated effective percentages, not reported ones. The chain as disclosed terminates in a company rather than in an identified individual; the ownership of Allianz SE itself was not examined in this session and is not restated here. Switzerland does not operate a publicly searchable beneficial-ownership register, and an unlisted Swiss AG files no beneficial-ownership statement open to inspection, so the absence of a named individual here reflects the absence of a public source and is not evidence that no beneficial owner exists.

Data availability

Partial. Both direct shareholders and both percentages are disclosed, but by the company itself rather than by a register, and as at 31 December 2024 — before the 1 July 2026 change of domicile and before the EUR 75,000,000 difference in recorded share capital. No register publication confirms the holdings after that date, and neither the Swiss nor the Liechtenstein commercial register publishes shareholders of a company of this form at all.

Officers

Directors and officers of Allianz Risk Transfer AG

The people below are those entered as organs of Allianz Risk Transfer AG in the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich under UID CHE-386.030.545. That entry was made on 1 July 2026, when the company transferred its registered seat to Switzerland, and was published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB) on 3 July 2026. The most recent publication on the entry, dated 28 September 2026, changed registered signatories only and left the board and the executive management unchanged. Four members of the board of directors (Verwaltungsrat), three members of executive management (Geschaeftsleitung) and one corporate statutory auditor are registered. Every registered person signs by joint signature of two (Kollektivunterschrift zu zweien); nobody on the entry signs alone.

In the Swiss commercial register a foreign nationality is stated expressly, while the formula “von” followed by a Swiss municipality records a Swiss place of origin and with it Swiss nationality; the separate formula “in” followed by a municipality records the registered place of residence. Nationality and residence are given separately below and neither has been inferred from the other, from a name or from an address. The Swiss register publishes no date of birth, no private address and no occupation for registered persons, and none appears here.

Name Role as registered (English gloss) Nationality as officially disclosed Country of residence as officially disclosed Signature authority
Hyeji Kang Praesidentin des Verwaltungsrates (president of the board of directors) South Korean Germany Joint by two
Thomas Helmuth Schatzmann Vizepraesident des Verwaltungsrates (vice-president of the board of directors) Swiss (place of origin Hausen AG) Switzerland Joint by two
Aymeric Florent Bastien Martin Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates (member of the board of directors) French Germany Joint by two
Vanessa Hildegard Neverton Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates (member of the board of directors) British United Kingdom Joint by two
Gerhard Geosits Mitglied der Geschaeftsleitung (member of executive management) Swiss (place of origin Romanshorn) Liechtenstein Joint by two
Lara Maria Martiner Mitglied der Geschaeftsleitung (member of executive management) Swiss (place of origin Wettswil am Albis) Switzerland Joint by two
Anahid Terzian Mitglied der Geschaeftsleitung (member of executive management) Swiss (place of origin Zuerich) Switzerland Joint by two
PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich (UID CHE-106.839.438) Revisionsstelle (statutory auditor); a corporate officer, not a natural person Not applicable Not applicable —

Besides the organs, the entry registers a considerable number of authorised signatories who hold no corporate office, each with joint signature of two; they are not listed here. No person on this entry carries a resignation or termination date, which follows from the entry itself being three months old rather than from any finding about how long these appointments have run. The 2024 annual report shows that at least three of the people above — Thomas Schatzmann, Lara Martiner and Anahid Terzian — already held office while the company was domiciled in Liechtenstein.

Recent officer changes

  • 1 July 2026 — first registration of the board of directors, the executive management and the statutory auditor on the Swiss entry, on the inbound transfer of the registered seat; published SHAB 3 July 2026. PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich was registered as statutory auditor.
  • 28 September 2026 — six registered persons new or amended, each with joint signature of two and none holding a corporate office: Laura Desai, Rene Kobelt, Paul Lewdon, Lucia Rubino, Rene Willemsen and Stephanie von Arx; published SHAB 28 September 2026. No change to the board or to executive management was published.
  • During 2024 — the company’s audited 2024 annual report records that Carsten Scheffel ceased to be a member of the board of directors on 30 April 2024 and Petros Papanikolaou ceased to be its president on 31 August 2024, with Oskar Buchauer acting as president ad interim from 5 November 2024, and that Lara Martiner became chair of executive management on 1 July 2024. Of the board recorded in that report, only Thomas Schatzmann appears on the 2026 Swiss entry.

Data availability

Full for the current Swiss entry; Partial historically. The Swiss commercial register publishes current and former organs with their registered roles, a nationality or Swiss place of origin, a place of residence and the signature authority held, and the full mutation history of the entry is open through the SHAB. It publishes no date of birth, private address or occupation, so no occupation is stated for any person above. Because the Swiss entry begins only on 1 July 2026, officer history before that date sits in the Liechtenstein commercial register for FL-0002.531.069-2 and, for the former Swiss branch, on the deleted entry CHE-472.104.681. The Liechtenstein register could not be reached in this session: two oera.li addresses failed to connect altogether while handelsregister.li returned HTTP 200 for its front page only, so Liechtenstein officer records before 2026 are unestablished rather than absent. Absence of officer data for a period is never evidence that the company had no directors in it.

Group Structure

Group structure of Allianz Risk Transfer AG

Allianz Risk Transfer AG is not an independent company. Its own audited 2024 annual report states that Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, Munich, is directly and indirectly its 100 per cent parent, and that Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz SE, Munich. The report records one direct participation, in Brazil, and two branches of the company itself, at Zurich/Wallisellen and at Hamilton in Bermuda; a branch is an establishment of the same legal person and not a group company. Only relationships evidenced by an official filing, a register entry or the company’s own audited accounts are listed. Percentages are of share capital.

One legal person, three register numbers. This matters for screening, because a name search returns three Swiss and Liechtenstein entries that look like separate companies. The company was founded in Switzerland in 1997 and was entered in the Zurich commercial register as Allianz Risk Transfer AG under UID CHE-108.625.664 at Lavaterstrasse 67, 8002 Zurich; the earlier names carried on that entry were Allianz Risk Transfer and Allianz Independent Re, and its statutory auditor there was KPMG AG. By resolution of the general meeting of 26 September 2016 it transferred its seat to Liechtenstein under the Swiss Private International Law Act (IPRG) and was registered as Allianz Risk Transfer AG, FL-0002.531.069-2, with its seat in Schaan; the Zurich entry was then deleted without dissolution and without liquidation, published on 15 October 2019. From that point until 2026 its Swiss presence was a branch of the Liechtenstein company, entry CHE-472.104.681, Allianz Risk Transfer AG, Schaan, Zweigniederlassung Zuerich / Wallisellen. By resolution of the general meeting of 1 July 2026 it transferred its seat back to Switzerland under the IPRG and was entered under the new UID CHE-386.030.545 in Wallisellen. The branch entry was deleted on 3 July 2026, the register stating that the branch was dissolved because the head office had moved to the branch’s own seat. Its LEI, 5493005WW64PFITU7G71, has run unchanged through all of this and now names the Swiss UID as its registered identifier, which is what ties the three entries to one legal person.

Recent structural changes

  • 1 July 2026 — transfer of the registered seat from Schaan, Liechtenstein to Wallisellen, Switzerland under the IPRG, entered on the Zurich commercial register that day and published SHAB 3 July 2026.
  • 3 July 2026 — deletion of the Swiss branch entry CHE-472.104.681, the register recording that the branch was dissolved as a consequence of the head office transferring its seat to the branch’s own seat.
  • Late summer 2023 — decision to withdraw from the Capital Solutions segment and write no new business in it, with existing contracts honoured in an orderly run-off; that business was booked in the Bermuda branch.

Data availability

Partial. The parent chain is disclosed with percentages, but by the company and not by a register, and as at 31 December 2024. The Swiss commercial register publishes the company’s identity, seat, purpose, organs, capital and auditor, and no ownership at all. GLEIF’s level-2 data reports Allianz SE as both the direct and the ultimate parent of Allianz Risk Transfer AG; that is the accounting-consolidating parent rather than a direct shareholder, which is why the two intermediate Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty companies do not appear there, and the same applies to the Brazilian subsidiary, whose GLEIF parent is likewise given as Allianz SE while the company’s own accounts record the 99.9 per cent direct holding. Subsidiaries beyond the Brazilian participation were not evidenced for 2024 and none is listed. Entities sharing the Allianz Risk Transfer name in other jurisdictions — Allianz Risk Transfer, Inc., New York (2253347), Allianz Risk Transfer N.V., Amsterdam (33294525) and Allianz Risk Transfer (U.K.) Limited, London (04326287) — are separate legal persons; GLEIF records the Dutch and British companies as inactive with retired identifiers, and no current ownership relationship between any of them and Allianz Risk Transfer AG was evidenced, so none is presented as verified. A shared name is not evidence of a corporate relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Allianz Risk Transfer AG do?

Allianz Risk Transfer AG is a Swiss Aktiengesellschaft entered in the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich under UID CHE-386.030.545 (CHID CH-020-3057418-2), with its registered seat at Richtiplatz 1, 8304 Wallisellen and a further registered address at a post office box in 8010 Zurich. Its registered purpose is the conduct of direct non-life insurance and of reinsurance in all classes of reinsurance, including intra-group reinsurance business, together with the power to establish branches and subsidiaries, hold participations and acquire and hold real property. FINMA lists the company in its published register of supervised insurance undertakings as a Schadenversicherer (non-life insurer), and without the foreign-domicile marker it applies to Swiss branches of overseas insurers. In practice the company writes national and international corporate and industrial client business and bespoke client solutions across the non-life classes, and reinsures risks arising inside its own group. Its 2024 annual report names general liability, financial lines, property and engineering insurance and the specialty classes of transport and marine, aviation and energy, alongside claims handling, cover under cross-border international insurance programmes, captive and fronting services, risk consulting and structured risk-transfer solutions. It was founded in 1997 in Switzerland as the Allianz group's globally operating risk carrier for alternative risk transfer in specialty and reinsurance business, and has been presented under the Allianz Commercial brand since 2023. It maintains branches at Zurich/Wallisellen and at Hamilton in Bermuda.

Who owns Allianz Risk Transfer AG?

A Swiss Aktiengesellschaft keeps its share register (Aktienbuch) privately under Article 686 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, and the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich publishes no shareholder of Allianz Risk Transfer AG. The holdings are disclosed instead in the notes to the company's own audited statutory annual report for the year ended 31 December 2024, which records two direct shareholders accounting for the whole share capital: AGCS International Holding B.V., Amsterdam, with 70 per cent, and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, Munich (Munich commercial register HRB 208312), with 30 per cent. Those are percentages of share capital, not of voting rights. The same notes state that AGCS International Holding B.V. is itself held 100 per cent by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, and that Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz SE, Munich. The Swiss register entry of 1 July 2026 records share capital of EUR 388,058,540 in 388,058,540 registered shares of EUR 1.00, of which EUR 256,529,270 is paid in, and records that the transferability of the registered shares is restricted by the articles. The 2024 accounts state a share capital divided into 463,058,540 registered shares of EUR 1.00, 71.6 per cent paid up, so the Swiss entry shows a share capital EUR 75,000,000 lower; the filing that brought about that difference was not examined and the percentages have not been restated for it. Availability is Partial: both shareholders and both percentages are known, but from the company rather than a register and as at a date before the 1 July 2026 change of domicile.

Who is Allianz Risk Transfer AG's UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner)?

No natural person is identified as a beneficial owner of Allianz Risk Transfer AG in any source examined, and none is named here. Working through the chain disclosed in the company's audited 2024 annual report, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, Munich holds a calculated effective 100 per cent of the share capital, being 30 per cent directly plus 70 per cent through its wholly owned Amsterdam holding company AGCS International Holding B.V., and Allianz SE, Munich (HRB 164232) holds a calculated effective 100 per cent above that. Those are calculated effective percentages derived by multiplying through the chain, not percentages reported as such by any source. The chain as disclosed terminates in a company rather than in an identified individual; the ownership of Allianz SE itself was not examined in this session and is not restated here. Switzerland does not operate a publicly searchable beneficial-ownership register, and an unlisted Swiss company of this form files no beneficial-ownership statement open to inspection, so the absence of a named individual reflects the absence of a public source. It is not evidence that the company has no beneficial owner. No direct corporate shareholder is treated here as the beneficial owner, and the 25 per cent threshold has not been applied as a conclusion because no natural-person interest could be measured against it.

Is Allianz Risk Transfer AG still an active company?

Allianz Risk Transfer AG's status on Ministry of Economy & Tourism — National Economic Register / Emirate-level DEDs is listed as active.

What is Allianz Risk Transfer AG's registered address?

The registered address on file for Allianz Risk Transfer AG is Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What is Allianz Risk Transfer AG's revenue?

The following are company-level figures from Allianz Risk Transfer AG's own statutory accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, stated in euro and audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich. Gross written premiums were EUR 1,036.5 million, against EUR 1,285.9 million in 2023. Net earned premiums were EUR 244.6 million, against EUR 289.9 million. The net technical result was a profit of EUR 45.2 million, against a net technical loss of EUR 2.3 million in 2023. Net claims expense fell to EUR 113.4 million from EUR 150.0 million, other insurance operating costs rose to EUR 20.2 million from EUR 17.5 million, the tax charge was EUR 9.9 million against EUR 5.5 million, and the profit for the year was EUR 70.8 million against EUR 64.2 million. Within the book, gross premiums in the alternative risk transfer business rose to EUR 651.5 million from EUR 581.4 million, gross premiums on business fronted for other group units fell to EUR 54.8 million from EUR 117.2 million, and net premiums in the Swiss corporate book eased to EUR 48.7 million from EUR 52.1 million. The decline in total gross written premiums is attributed to the Capital Solutions business booked in the Bermuda branch, which the company decided in late summer 2023 to exit. The part-time-adjusted headcount was 89.0, up from 76.2. Pledged assets stood at EUR 348.6 million against EUR 421.2 million. These are figures of this legal entity, not of the Allianz group; the accounts were prepared while the company was domiciled in Liechtenstein, under Liechtenstein company law and insurance supervision law.

Is Allianz Risk Transfer AG listed on a stock exchange?

Allianz Risk Transfer AG is not a listed company. No securities of its own are admitted to trading on any exchange, it has no ticker, and the Swiss register entry of 1 July 2026 records that the transferability of its registered shares is restricted by the articles (Vinkulierung), which is incompatible with a free public market in them. Its securities-market status is therefore not a source of ownership information; the company's own audited annual report is. The entity is also the subject of a country mis-assignment in this profile: the stored country code is United Arab Emirates and the stored city Dubai, but the company is registered in Switzerland and no UAE register constituted it. The only verified UAE connection is a former branch of the same legal person, recorded by the DIFC Courts as Allianz Risk Transfer AG Dubai Branch in Court of First Instance claim CFI 012/2012, decided 30 April 2013. The company's own 2024 annual report and its current Allianz Commercial office listing name only two branches, Zurich/Wallisellen and Hamilton in Bermuda, with no Dubai establishment. The DFSA public register, which would carry the Dubai branch's licence history, could not be reached in this session: every dfsa.ae address returned HTTP 403 including the site root, while an unrelated regulator's site returned HTTP 200 in the same session, so the licence reference and the date the authorisation ended are unestablished rather than absent.

Who are the officers/directors of Allianz Risk Transfer AG?

The commercial register of the Canton of Zurich records, on entry CHE-386.030.545, four members of the board of directors (Verwaltungsrat), three members of executive management (Geschaeftsleitung) and one corporate statutory auditor. The board is Hyeji Kang as president (South Korean national, resident in Germany), Thomas Helmuth Schatzmann as vice-president (Swiss, place of origin Hausen AG, resident in Switzerland), Aymeric Florent Bastien Martin (French national, resident in Germany) and Vanessa Hildegard Neverton (British national, resident in the United Kingdom). The registered members of executive management are Gerhard Geosits (Swiss, place of origin Romanshorn, resident in Liechtenstein), Lara Maria Martiner (Swiss, resident in Switzerland) and Anahid Terzian (Swiss, resident in Switzerland). PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich (UID CHE-106.839.438) is registered as statutory auditor and is a corporate officer, not a natural person. Every registered person signs by joint signature of two; nobody signs alone, and the entry also carries a considerable number of authorised signatories who hold no corporate office. Nationality and residence are taken from the register as separate fields and neither is inferred from the other or from a name; the register publishes no date of birth, private address or occupation. These organs were first registered in Switzerland on 1 July 2026 on the inbound transfer of the registered seat, published SHAB 3 July 2026, and the latest publication of 28 September 2026 changed registered signatories only. Officer history before 1 July 2026 sits in the Liechtenstein register for FL-0002.531.069-2, which could not be reached in this session, so it is unestablished rather than absent.

Does Allianz Risk Transfer AG have a parent company or subsidiaries?

Allianz Risk Transfer AG is part of the Allianz group and is not independent. Its audited 2024 annual report states that Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, Munich (HRB 208312) is directly and indirectly its 100 per cent parent, holding 30 per cent directly and 70 per cent through AGCS International Holding B.V., Amsterdam, and that Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz SE, Munich (HRB 164232), which is therefore the ultimate parent. The only direct participation recorded for 2024 is Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty do Brasil Participacoes Ltda., Sao Paulo (CNPJ 14.600.620/0001-76), at 99.9 per cent. The company also maintains two branches of its own, at Zurich/Wallisellen and at Hamilton in Bermuda; a branch is an establishment of the same legal person, not a group company. A separate Bermudian company, Allianz Risk Transfer (Bermuda) Ltd. (registration 27030), benefits from a guarantee given by Allianz Risk Transfer AG covering obligations entered into up to 31 December 2019, but no ownership link between them was evidenced. One point matters more than the chart for screening: this is a single legal person carried on three register numbers. Founded in Switzerland in 1997 and registered in Zurich as CHE-108.625.664, it transferred its seat to Liechtenstein by resolution of 26 September 2016 under the IPRG, becoming FL-0002.531.069-2 in Schaan, and the Zurich entry was deleted without dissolution or liquidation on 15 October 2019. It then transferred its seat back to Switzerland by resolution of 1 July 2026 and was entered as CHE-386.030.545 in Wallisellen, whereupon its Swiss branch entry CHE-472.104.681 was deleted on 3 July 2026 because the head office had moved to the branch's own seat. Its LEI, 5493005WW64PFITU7G71, is unchanged throughout. Entities sharing the Allianz Risk Transfer name elsewhere are separate legal persons and no current ownership link to them was evidenced.
