Frontier Airlines’ agreement, effective 20 June 2014, was made with “Navitaire LLC, a Delaware limited liability company”.

Recent structural changes
- 1 July 2015: Accenture announced an agreement to sell Navitaire LLC to Amadeus IT Holdings SA for approximately US$830 million (Accenture 10-Q for the quarter ended 30 Nov 2015).
