The same report gives its capital as US$5,758,514 thousand. The report does not name the company, or companies, through which the holding runs, so the immediate shareholder is not disclosed.

No natural person is identified as a beneficial owner in any source reviewed. The chain ends at a company. As of 31 March 2025, 57.7% of the voting rights in NTT DATA Group Corporation were held by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, now NTT, Inc. NTT, Inc. then made a tender offer for the remaining shares. NTT DATA Group’s shares were delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market on 26 September 2025. Directors and officers of NTT DATA, Inc.

The directors and officers of NTT DATA, Inc., now NTT DATA Americas, Inc., are recorded in several state registers, and those registers do not all agree. The Pennsylvania register (entity 0000184775) records two directors (“governors”), Yoichiro Suzuki and Sudhir Chaturvedi. It records Sudhir Chaturvedi as President, Meredith Vance as Treasurer and Katrina Kropa as Secretary. Connecticut’s principals register (entity 0026058; latest annual report filed 22 September 2025) records the same two directors. As officers it lists Sudhir Chaturvedi, Karen Ruth Prince-Wright, Meredith Vance, Katrina Kropa and Troy Wagnon. Rhode Island records Sudhir Chaturvedi as CEO and director, Yoichiro Suzuki as director, Karen Ruth Prince-Wright as CFO and Katrina Kropa as Secretary.

Two other records name a different chief executive. The Texas Comptroller’s 2025 public information report lists Robert David Pryor as director and chief executive officer. It also lists Yoichiro Suzuki as a director and more than 20 other executives with truncated titles. The New York biennial statement filed on 12 June 2025 names Robert David Pryor as chief executive officer. Recent officer changes

• 4 February 2025: a group press release announced that Sudhir Chaturvedi would join NTT DATA, Inc. as Global Chief Growth Officer and North America CEO, succeeding Eric Clark. The release does not say which legal entity it means; since October 2022 that name has belonged to the group’s Tokyo-registered overseas operating company. This is a group management role; the release does not state an appointment to the board of NTT DATA Americas, Inc. or give an effective date.

Group structure of NTT DATA, Inc.

NTT DATA, Inc., now NTT DATA Americas, Inc., is part of the NTT group. NTT DATA Group Corporation (Japan) reports holding 100.0% of its voting rights indirectly, as of 31 March 2025. The ultimate parent is NTT, Inc. (formerly Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation), which took NTT DATA Group Corporation private in 2025. The company’s immediate parent is not named in any source reviewed.

The group’s securities report lists several other US consolidated subsidiaries, each 100.0% held indirectly. They include NTT Data International L.L.C., which the report describes as supervising the North American business subsidiaries; NTT DATA Services Holdings Corporation; and NTT DATA Services, LLC. The last is a separate Delaware limited liability company (Delaware file 6015239, created 13 April 2016 according to GLEIF) and is not the same entity as this company. The group records completing its acquisition of the Dell Services business in 2016–2017 but does not name the acquiring entity, so that business is not attributed to this company here. No direct or indirect subsidiaries of NTT DATA Americas, Inc. are disclosed in the sources reviewed.
