On 26 February 2015 the TASC business combined with Engility. TASC Parent Corporation was converted into TASC Parent LLC, and TASC, Inc. became an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Engility Holdings, Inc. On 14 January 2019 Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC; NYSE: SAIC) completed its acquisition of Engility Holdings, Inc. SAIC’s subsidiary list filed on 29 March 2019 includes Engility Corporation (Massachusetts), the company’s current name. SAIC’s lists filed from 27 March 2020 onwards no longer include it. No filing reviewed names its direct shareholder after 2015. Its Restated Articles of 18 December 2009 authorise 1,000 common shares of $0.10 par value; the number issued is not disclosed.
